What to Bring:
- – All signers must be physically present.
- – Photo ID for every signer. A passport, driver’s license, or other government-issued ID not expired
more than 1 year and containing your photo or signature, is acceptable. The name on your ID needs
to match the name on your documents. Loan signings may require you to bring a photocopy of your ID. - – If necessary, a second form of identification.
- – Documents needing notarization.
- – Additional fees will apply if we are providing the documents.
- – For loan signings, any stipulations your closing company or lender requires.
What To Do:
– Wait to sign notary documents until in our presence.
– Time for completing the notarization(s) can vary. Please allow at least 15 minutes.
– For loan signings, allow approximately 1 hour of time.
